I had always use H&H whenever I can. They were changing my oil and discovered a high problem. They happened to notice that a part had not been put on correctly after a major repair at my dealership. It was a major safety issue. Had they not caught this, something would have eventually happened that would have probably caused an accident. Thank you H&H!

Thank you to Nate (I believe that's the name) for helping to open my car after I left my car keys inside! It's honestly been about a year since I last locked myself out of my car. I was remotely tutoring students inside the car and had to leave and then locked myself out... I'm not even ashamed of it. Happens to the best of us, lol. Nate came friendly, humorous, made sure I was updated and aware. My Toyota Camry was a little tough to get into because it had some anti-theft lock technology. But he was able to get it done! Thank you, Nate! And thank you h&h mobil towing. I utilized them through Allstate roadside assistance. :-) Edit: Thank you to Jake for the second time I called you all to help me! 😭

The H&H crew are the best. They quickly evaluated and diagnosed our car. What the dealer said was going to be a $10,000 repair, they fixed for about $100. The car runs great. I know that is hard to believe, but that is the truth. H&H is THE BEST local service team in the East Lansing area. It feels great to have an honest and friendly service station down the road.
