I almost gave them a 4:star just because they towed my car but then they just answered a call from a Fendor Mall parking lot cop with a need of power! Anyway I'm glad H&H Towing is who got the call because I don't think I would of gotten the same respect, kindness or empathy anywhere else. Dominique was the first staff member I talked to and she was extremely professional, sympathetic and handled the first minute of my ranting how dare they tow my car perfectly. Rather than adding fuel to my fire she put the fire out with her understanding she was my first human interaction after a crappy situation and didn't escalate the tone instead changed it by not taking it personally by just being cool! Her calming me down probably led to my great experience with Josh the owner who gave me an option to work with him so I would not loose my much needed vehicle. I'm sure he's heard every sad story and I'm sure he's been screwed by giving people breaks but I didn't get anything but respect kindness understanding of my situation as well as sincere gratitude towards my ex husbands military service I appreciate the help he was able to give me and had no issue paying him what I had to pay. Sucks to be towed but someone has to do it and I'm glad it was H&H. Cole one of the drivers met me at the lot my car was at and he went above and he to was very kind, empathetic and helped me when he could of sat in his warm truck. Plus he laughed at my jokes! I know this is a long post but one that i thought I needed to share not only to give recognition to a great company and it's staff but to remind everyone how you handle any situation from the start can determine if it's a positive or negative experience and being kind and understanding to a person who you don't know what they may be going through could change not only the dynamics of your interactions with them but could determine how they treat everyone they encounter after you positively or negatively. Pissing one person off could set off a chain reaction and maybe that's why so many of us are not so nice to each other! Maybe being kind to one person today could start a chain reaction of goodness! Let's all be kind to one another and remember the guy who drives the tow truck is just answering a call!
