Our 2015 Toyota RAV4 was operating unusually. We had no idea from where the low rumbling noise and only sometimes rattling vibrations were emanating. Just explained the best we could and asked H &H: “Could you please figure out and fix the problem(s). A back right wheel bearing and the driving shaft were the identified culprits. We can’t believe how much better the car sounds on the road and the reassurance we have when behind the wheel. Trustworthy, fairly priced, and quick communication from H&H! Great service! Diagnosed the issue, promptly fixed and got our old car back on the road the same day. They also did extensive work on my 04 Silverado last year and she still rides and drives like it did when first bought it. A good partner keeping my old vehicles going down the road.

My daughter, a student at MSU, was on her way to her student teaching placement this morning when her check engine light came on. By some luck, this gas station/ auto shop is where she pulled over. The mechanics were so kind and helpful!! They checked out her car, drove it, and determined that she was safe to go on her way. They didn’t charge her anything for their assistance and service. This is unheard of in this day and age!! Thank you so much for taking care of my girl and setting this nervous mom at ease. Impeccable customer service. I highly recommend this business!
