I’ve dealt with multiple towing companies around Lansing and honestly had bad experiences with almost all of them until H&H. From the start, they were respectful, professional, and easy to communicate with. The owner and staff treated me like a person instead of just another tow, and that kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. You can tell they actually care about their customers and their reputation.
