I had an amazing experience with H&H Towing. They truly went above and beyond for me in a way I’ve never experienced with any towing company before. Most towing companies only seem to care about getting your money, but H&H Towing actually cared about helping me and making sure everything was handled the right way. Cody deserves a huge shoutout for doing everything he could to help me. He went out of his way, kept me informed, and made a stressful situation much easier. It’s rare to find someone who actually takes the time to help customers like that. After dealing with so many bad towing experiences in Lansing, especially with Lansing Towing, I was honestly shocked to finally find a company that treats people right. H&H Towing will always be my go-to towing company from now on. Thank you again Cody for going above and beyond it really meant a lot w everything Lansing towing put me through trying to get an extra $140 from me for some reason 😆

Honor, integrity, and great values is how this company operates. My son is a student at Michigan State University and had car problems. I told him I would help him but he would have to pay me back for any repair costs or work around house and pay in labor on his breaks from college. Initially, I had his car towed to a different local mechanic and was told the car “runs” as of now and quoted me a price of $2,100 for repairs. But this price would not guarantee the problem to be fixed and a “deeper dive” with electrical issues would need to take place if the problems reoccur - which would mean more costs. I opted to get a second opinion after the problems reoccurred 2 days after my son drove it off the initial mechanics lot before we would pay the $2,100.00 with no guarantee of the problem fixed. My son drove it off the mechanics lot, 2 days later, the same problem occurred - the car quit on him while he was driving, which is a huge safety concern for our family. I had the car then towed to H & H for a second opinion. Turns out, there was a lugnut missing from the battery hook-up and the positive connecters only needed to be tightened. H & H fixed the problem for $76 dollars! You going to tell me the first local mechanic didn’t know this issue after a 21 point inspection and they had my son’s car for 5 days? Cmon! They wanted $2100.00 and all the repairs had nothing to do with the battery. I wonder what they would have said after I paid them the$2,100.00? Alternator, starter? Fuel pump? Take your vehicle to H & H. It’s nice to have a honest mechanic in our neighborhood. Honest mechanics are a dying breed. If I could give 6 stars I would. I highly recommend H & H to anybody that needs car repairs and I will be taking my families cars to H & H for any future estimates and repairs. It’s nice to see honest people still exists these days. Honest mechanics are difficult to find and H & H is just that! What a gem of a company. Thank you H & H!
