I’ve dealt with multiple towing companies around Lansing and honestly had bad experiences with almost all of them until H&H. From the start, they were respectful, professional, and easy to communicate with. The owner and staff treated me like a person instead of just another tow, and that kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays. You can tell they actually care about their customers and their reputation. Definitely the best towing experience I’ve had in Lansing and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or roadside help.

Honestly, 5 stars across the board. Cole/Kohl was super helpful with my vehicle! He was very kind and helped me with all of my questions and problems.
