My car over heated on the road, and I'm not from around here originally, so I had no go-to car shop. I had my car sent to H&H mobil and I'm so glad I did! Despite needing a pretty hefty repair (serpentine belt + new water pump), they got my car done on Monday, when I brought it in on Sunday! It was a huge weight off my shoulders. Also, being a young woman, I'm always weary of getting duped on all things cars, especially repairs. I called Bob and he explained literally everything on the bill to me and exactly what needed to be done and why. He never acted annoyed (even though I called like three times). This is going to be my new East Lansing repair / oil change shop for sure.
