A stray kitten somehow got itself into the rear suspension of my vehicle. I could hear it meowing as I was driving. I pulled into the station without even calling ahead and they gladly put the vehicle up on the rack. They patiently worked to get it out safely, though it was biting and clawing. Great caring people.
